At the beginning and end of every class, we put our hands together in Namaste, close our eyes and think of things that we appreciate. When we open our eyes and release our hands, we do so with the thought of spreading good fortune out into the world.
Fit To Be Tied Yoga offers a variety of classess in both Cobleskill & Cooperstown, welcoming all from the surrounding communities as well.
From individuals who have never tried yoga, to those wanting to be certified as yoga instructors, we have a little something for everyone. Please look around the new website to see information on our teachers, our class offerings, and of course the schedules for each of our locations. Reiki Fee:
A one hour Reiki session $60.
3 one hour Reiki sessions $150 to be used in 3 months.
3 half hour Reiki sessions $75 to be used in 3 months.
