We are a yoga alliance accredited school (RYS-200). As part of our 200-hour teacher training, you will be required to attend 5 classes a week, to journal, evaluate classes and attend one-on-one sessions with your teachers to design and develop a personal practice. You will be asked to complete a special project that incorporates your yoga journey with the community. This can be discussed in further detail as our work together progresses.

Aerial Yoga (you will not gain credentials to teach it)
Ashtanga (Power Yoga)

Yoga Nidra
Gentle Yoga
Yoga for Seniors
You can study as many or as few of these styles as you like depending on your interests.
Weekly study sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and one Sunday a month from noon to 3pm. More hours can be incorporated depending on the trainees individual schedules from week to week.
The training could take from 4 months to a year to complete (depending on individuals availability to the hours needed).
At the time of completion you will receive a certificate from Fit To Be Tied Yoga as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. The fee for our time and expertise is $2,500.00. Please note there is a $2,000.00 down payment when you come to the first teaching session with us. The remainder $500.00 is due after the 200 hour training milestone and before receiving your certification.
(A requirement for this training is that you have at least 2 years of personal yoga practice with a yoga teacher.)
